Experience drone flying like never before with the Motion Control Drone. This awesome quad is different to its contemporaries in that you control it with your hand gestures rather than the joystick of the controller - making it a lot easier to use as well as a lot cooler. All you do is hold the controller in the palm of your hand, press the button and then you use the movement of your hand to fly the drone. This clever little gadget has a range of 50 meters, a 360-degree stunt feature and comes with a USB cable for easy charging.

Excellent first drone

The kids aged 9 and 12, love this drone. The eldest has perfected landing gently and doing flips in the air. The youngest still tends to crash but it’s early days and the drone is robust enough to withstand many mishaps.

The control has a bit of a lag but at slow speeds it’s perfectly safe indoors. The button for takeoff is brilliant and makes it really easy to get started. We’ll test it outside when the wind and rain ease off (not yet).

One of the kids is a leftie and tried to control it with their left hand which won’t work because the takeoff button is positioned under your thumb. (Try pushing with a little finger!) Bear this in mind if you need it to be ambidextrous.

Highly recommended for those with able hands. Not so good for a grandparent with shaking hands who was unable to make it fly due to their own lack of fine motor control.

Worth the money.
