Honour the history-making engine with the Mallard Speed Plaque. This handmade brass plaque is an exact replica of the plate on the locomotive itself that recognises the iconic record-breaking run at 126 mph completed by Mallard in July 1938, a record that still stands today.

Made from cast brass, this plaque makes the perfect tribute to the world’s fastest steam locomotive.

Extremely pleased with the replica Mallard Speed Plate

Extremely pleased with the replica Mallard Speed Plate and the record date being 3rd July 1938, my late brother was born on the 16th July 1938 so these dates mean so much to me. I was going to fix it on my shed along with genuine and other replica railway items but think it's better kept indoors
