I ordered the Beaker Creatures Lab Set as a Christmas present for my grandson so I was mortified when I discovered it had had been delivered to my dustbin (without a card left to tell me so) by Royal Mail - on bin day!
Once in receipt of a reference number from Royal Mail (who accepted responsibility) I rang the Science Museum's Customer Service team. They were extremely sympathetic and helpful. A mere two days later, I received the replacement. Truly excellent service at what is a difficult period of time for everyone.
