Gyroscope

I bought this for my 12 year old grandson. He was very impressed by the build quality and how long it would spin on one string pull. He's had gyroscopes in the past which have performed less well. He liked the variety of uses suggested and has not tired of it. It's more than a toy, it demonstrates some basic laws of physics.

Of the toy gyroscopes on the market, I suspect this is one of the better ones, judging by reviews of others. It is quite difficult to spin up sufficiently fast with the thin cord supplied but once done it lasts long enough to demonstrate the properties.

Delivered quickly, bought 1 each for grandsons 7 and 5 with a bit of practice and help from their dad I think they will enjoy them, they are sturdy .

I bought this for my brother as a Christmas present as we are both into physics and science in general. He absolutely loved it (even saying it was his favourite Christmas present) and uses it loads. It is good quality and comes with clear instructions for different experiments you can do with it, which are fun and interesting. To add, the delivery is super fast (1 or 2 days) and it came in a perfect state. Overall, an excellent purchase!

The suggested ways to play with it are easy to follow and challenge the children to try and achieve success. A fantastic "toy".
