Promotion Offers
Unless otherwise specified, all promotional offers advertised on the Online Shop apply to online orders only.
Unless damaged/faulty, items purchased within a promotional offer are only refundable if all items purchased within the offer are returned for refund.
Unless otherwise stated, offers may not be used in conjunction with each other. If multiple offers are attempted to be used at the same time, only the most efficient offer will be applied to the order and previous offers removed from your order.
Sale items
All sale offers advertised on the Online Shop apply to online orders only. It may be different from the museum shops’ price.
Unless otherwise specified, promotion / Discount codes cannot be used on sale items.
New shop customer offer
Receive 10% off your first order when you create an account as a Science Museum online shop customer - sign up now and keep an eye out for email instructions containing the discount code needed to claim your 10% off before you place your first order.
Please note: the discount code must be entered before you place your first order after registering and applies to the price of the product(s) exclusive of shipping fees. Unfortunately, the discount cannot be awarded in retrospect. Offer applies to newly registered customers only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or sale/ promotional item.
This promotion does not apply to e-gift card purchases. However, it will be applicable if the conditions are met at the time of use.
Free Sunset Lamp over £100 + Free UK Standard Delivery (Email invite only)
If subscribed to our emails before Wednesday 3rd December, the first 100 customers that spend £100+ on selected science kits and gifts can receive a FREE Sunset Lamp (worth £20). The email contains the discount code and the link to qualifying products. Excludes: Gift Cards, Made to Order Prints, limited editions, Locomotion models, and some National Railway Museum products. You must add the sunset lamp to basket to apply the discount code at checkout. £100 order value excludes Sunset Lamp value. Valid for a limited time, whilst stocks last. Once stock available has been allocated to orders, the discount code will no longer work. Free UK standard delivery on the order can be redeemed using the discount code in the email combined with the free gift code for free shipping to become available from the shipping options to select from.
