Inspired by Sir Nigel Gresley’s record-breaking locomotive, the National Railway Museum Flying Scotsman Blueprint Gin is traditionally distilled in York by York Gin – England Gin Distiller of the Year 2021. Tasting notes include Scottish heather, Yorkshire lavender, juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon bark, dried lemon peel, orris root, black pepper, and grains of paradise. It’s perfect as an accompaniment to a light tonic and lemon garnish, or as the star of the show in an Aviation cocktail.
