Good title - it is what it says

This is an excellently designed kit in every respect. The block containing the stones is hard enough to take a while to excavate but not too hard so the digging is fun. The tools are a good size and efficient. The provision of a bag for the gems is well thought out addition and the booklet informative and useful. The final touch of the easy to use, interchangeable pendant is excellent. Overall I think this is an inspired design, and very good value. I bought 4 sets for my 4 granddaughters aged 9, 8, 6 and 5. The all loved it. It's messy but well worth the mess. (Best done somewhere where the debris can easily be cleared up. They tackled it all together on the kitchen floor and I provided two large cardboard trays which kept most of the mess contained.) This is a lovely gift for young children, which I will recommend to others.

I plan to buy the larger kit to take away on holiday in the Summer.
