This freeze-dried strawberry ice cream contains crunchy strawberry-flavoured pieces designed to mimic astronaut food. Created as part of the Horrible Science: Cosmic Chaos range, it’s a playful way to explore how food behaves in space while enjoying a sweet surprise.

Freeze-dried Strawberry Ice Cream pieces, 14g. Ingredients: Milk (45%), strawberry flavouring (8%) (sugar, strawberries (25%), fructose, natural flavours, cornflour, colorants: E163, E160a; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; acidity regulator: E331), sugar, butter (milk) (2%), skimmed milk powder (1%), glucose syrup, emulsifiers: E471, E473; stabilisers: E412, E417, E415, E407, E410; modified starch, dextrose, refined coconut oil, concentrate (radish, carrot); natural flavourings, citric acid.
