In commemoration of the iconic Flying Scotsman's 100th anniversary, the most renowned steam locomotive globally, and in collaboration with the National Railway Museum, we proudly introduce the limited edition Flying Scotsman Onoto Fountain Pen.
This extraordinary pen features unique fittings expertly crafted from bronze with an esteemed provenance—from the very axle boxes that were part of the 4472 locomotive, in service until the initial stages of its recent and thorough restoration. Each element of this pen holds a special connection to the locomotive's history: the cap button portrays the distinctive smoke door, the cap band elegantly depicts the locomotive's wheels, the barrel button showcases the bogie wheel, and the stainless steel clip artfully illustrates a coupling rod.
